• Online Ordering
  Shop online at www.beautysutra.com which is fully equipped with easy-to-use shopping cart facilities. Once you have chosen the product(s) you can add items to your shopping bag by clicking on Add To Basket. At any time while you are shopping at www.beautysutra.com you can check how many items are in your shopping cart or remove items by clicking on Shopping Basket. When you have selected all your purchases, click on the Checkout button and you will be guided through the checkout process. Upon submission of your online order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order reference number.

  You can also order via email. Please email to sales@beautysutra.com. All email orders must indicate; Customers name, phone, email, product name and code, quantity.

• Q: How do I know if my item is in-stock? And what if my item is on backorder?
  A: Generally, if an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. If an item sells out by the time we receive your order (in cases, for instance, where your order is not placed online through the beautysutra.com shopping basket), we will send you an email to let you know immediately.
  
  
• Q: How do I know if my order has been placed?
  A: When you send in your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. The email will have an order reference number. You can check the status of your order online by logging in to My Account . All orders will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment. If you dont remember your Password, click on the "resend password" button on the login page.
  
  Declaration of value and contents:
  Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping documents (FedEx). Also, we label the contents as "Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use".
  
  Import taxes:
  You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.
